We deliver across Lebanon through the Candelze delivery team.

• Delivery fees vary depending on your location.
• Your estimated delivery date will be confirmed once your order is placed.
• Please inspect your order carefully before accepting delivery.
• Any issue or discrepancy must be reported immediately to the Candelze delivery representative while inspecting your order. Once the order has been accepted, it will be considered received in good condition.

Order Processing

• All orders require approximately 7–25 business days, depending on the product, quantity, and customization.
• If your order is urgent, please inform our team before placing it. We will check our production schedule and let you know if we can meet your requested deadline.
• Please provide your required delivery date when placing your order.
• During holidays and peak seasons, production times may be extended.

• Once an order has been approved and production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
